First, please enter your personal information, then those on the conference. The access code to enter is one that you got on home page. Then, give the number of participants and confirm by clicking on "Submit number of participants" button. At last, enter e-mail addresses of participants (and mobile phone numbers when sending SMS) and send the invitations by clicking on "Send".
